We can no longer access our site in the admin panel

Hello! This site was created by a volunteer a long time ago. We no longer have access to the site’s wp-admin. It’s no longer in our account. We don’t know which email address was used by the person who created it, and we don’t have access to that information. Our Gmail address associated with our account is listed on the site ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). We’d like to regain access to our site so we can make changes and add content to it. What should we do?

If you know the email address en you have access to the mentioned Gmail, simply log out from current account and log in again with the mentioned Gmail.

Suite à votre réponse, quelles informations avez-vous besoin pour que nous puissions récupérer l’accès à notre site Internet (https://jardincommunautairesainthyacinthe.wordpress.com/). Nous ne possédons aucun document lié à la création de ce site (numéro d’identification, facture, etc.). Nous avons pouvons confirmer notre adresse de courriel ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). Nous pourrions aussi confirmer notre adresse postale inscrite sur le site Internet.
Merci de me dire quels documents vous avez besoin pour récupérer notre site internet.
