We cannot access the admin dashboard as elementor update

    As the title said, we confronted the most common issue recently, as Elementor problem. while we cannot go siteground to restore our backup as over 30 days limitation, Could you shed more light on that? we need to access the dashboard to change codes. Thx

    Hey there @omglaser, we can’t shed much light on it unless the site is hosted here on our servers, but can you check in with elementor support?

    The logs your host has may also be enlightening, so if you haven’t contacted them yet, I’d recommend that.
