we were paying $96 for a site with no ads during the pandemic. In May or June, ads starting appearing. we were unable to reach you. We want to renew and not have ads on our site. Reach me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) thank You -
That site is connected to another account of yours pinebushlibrary. To renew you must be logged in as pinebushlibrary. However I don’t see ads on your site https://pinebusharealibrary.org/. The only ads I can see are in the right column under Search for items.

The site did have a Premium Plan which removed ads, but that expired on February 22, 2019, when only the domain registration was renewed.
