    We can’t help directly because we don’t host http://topekalandscape.com/ on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.

    To clarify, we are a fully managed WordPress provider. We use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress and to offer this we use a customized version of WordPress (different from what you use at WP Engine, for example) which is optimized for our infrastructure and offers the best performance possible.

    Because of these differences, we do not have access to your site (we can only access sites we manage directly) and are not familiar with the source of your issue.

    The good news is that your hosting provider may be able to help in this instance. I noted that when I visited http://topekalandscape.com/ I saw a “Parked Page” for WP Engine which usually indicates a hosting account issue and not a WordPress issue specifically. I recommend contacting WP Engine for further assistance, since they are in the best position to help. Thanks!
