    We are facing lot of problems. We are not customizing out present theme i.e, ‘Online News’. During customize constantly one message shown ‘500 internal server error.’ As we seem help from wordpress since couple of days. Kindly resolve this issue.

    On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com and was only created a few hours ago. We also don’t offer any theme called “Online News” on WordPress.com

    If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead, or contact support for your theme directly.
