Hello, can you please help us regarding the situation that appeared:
We had a business subscription paid for one year till December 2021 and our site was built there. In December we got an email to pay for next year’s subscription. Unfortunately, that time we lost our Gmail credentials and didn’t get the mail in time also didn’t pay the subscription. Now that we managed to log in and read the emails – we saw that our site is lost. Do we have any chance to return our website if we pay the subscription now? Maybe you have a solution for such cases.

Hello, thank you for the reply. If we purchase again business plan, the last update on the site will be available? The version that you sent us looks like the one from 2019, not the last backup from 2021.

This means that once you upgrade to the Business plan you’ll be able to restore the site to how it looked on that date. You can find instructions on to perform a restore here:

Hello. Yesterday we paid plan for techwomen.md and were expecting automatically daily backup, but till today we got no backup for our website and hosting configuration’s stuck in “Please wait while we activate the hosting features.” for hours. Is there a way to download today or yesterday backup or to get FTP account access? Thanks.
