We own a wordpress website but cannot login to WordPress to contact support

  I just want to talk to somebody. Can’t call or talk to anyone without an account but apparently owning a wordpress site doesn’t give you a wordpress account???

  Hi there,

  What is the site URL of your site? If you have a WordPress.com site, you have to have a corresponding WordPress.com account that it is under. The issue is that if you do have a site it’s either under a different WordPress.com account than the one you are contacting us from, or that you have a self-hosted WordPress.org site that is not hosted here, but elsewhere.

  One you provide the site URL, I can assist you with where the site is actually located.

  @columbiaarts, these forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from a self-managed installation at another host. There’s a separate community forum for that here, if that’s what you’re looking for.
