We were just charged $318.00 for the 2nd year of a site we want cancelled and deleted for the above URL with out it being auto-renewed. The expiration date is Aug. 20, 2023. We were charged 7/21/22 on my amex card ending in [redacted],
receipt #70737585. I request someone in WordPress billing please respond and confirm the cancellation. Thank you.WP.com: Unknown

Hi @shannonmaclaren, I actually don’t see any charges on this account. Are you able to log out, then log in with the email address that gets billing reminders?

I want to add as well: if you were very recently charged for a renewal you don’t want, again, if you’ll log into the account associated with the charge, we can help you get that refunded. We just need the request to come from the correct account, and we’d need to discuss what you want done with your domain, etc.
