  We have our own web domain. We want to design webpages and upload to our own domain. Can we do that? If so, how do we?

  You mean that you have your own hosting server and you want to host websites using the WordPress software? If that’s the case, then you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:

  We’re WordPress.com a hosting provider and we can only provide support for sites that are hosted by us.
