  Unfortunately i am a victim of click fraud!, i need to know how to access the user access logs so i can see all ip addresses that have ever visited my site

  The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com and was only created a little over an hour ago. Besides that, we do not log visitor IP address data on WordPress.com, and we don’t provide IP address data for site users on request under any circumstances.

  If your site was built using the open source WordPress software with another host, please contact your hosting provider for help. They’re the only people who might possibly have the data you’re looking for.
