    Hello,
    In the spring, I signed up for and paid for a web page. I did not ever successfully build it. It was too complicated for me. Since I paid for one year and truly never could get it running, is there any way that I can recoup some of the money I paid?

    If you’re referring to encouragementineducation.com, then that site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted by Bluehost. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding a refund.
