Web page displays raw formatting, looks terrible, no idea why

Hey there –
No idea why, but I’ve noticed that every now and then, both when I visit my site or when others do, certain pages will display in what appears to be a raw code format. It looks terrible, like it’s broken. The graphics are all wrong, menu appears as a bullet list, etc.
Any experience with this?
