  I want to change my web site address from scousernews.com to scouserfreedom.com. Can I do that or do I need to start a whole new site.

  Hi,

  Do you mean that you want to change it from https://scousernews.wordpress.com/ to scouserfreedom.com? This is easily accomplished, as long as the domain is available, but it would involve a paid upgrade. See the Domains support page.
