  we currently have a web site that uses word press but it isn’t hosted on word press that I know of. We are having issues with our web site but our admin is out of town. Is there anything else that can be done

  Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

  For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.
