Web site not working

  Hello
  My website is not working when I try to create a new page, category etc….can you fix it please

  I don’t see anything particularly wrong with https://deborahdonnellycom.wordpress.com/

  What is the URL of the site with the problem?

  tried to access my web site and got
  Adam-ford.com is not working and the message
  “Adam Ford” is not available at the domain adam-ford.com right now. The mapping for this domain expired, and it has to be renewed.

  Does anyone know how to resolve this?

  @adamford1969,

  As that notice says, the domain mapping upgrade connecting that domain to the WordPress.com site has expired. The owner of that site, which is a different account than the one you’re using to post here, will have to renew that upgrade for the domain to show their site again.

  Thank you for your reply. I am the owner of the http://www.adam-ford.com but I haven’t used it for ages but would really like to get it going again. Does this mean I have lost the domain name? I didn’t receive any renew notice

  The WordPress.com account, adamford1969 is not the owner of the site at https://adam-ford.com/. That site belongs to a different WordPress.com username account, associated with a different email address, and renewal notifications were sent to that email address.

  Log out of the adamford1969 account and log in as the account that you used to create that site, and you’ll be able to renew your upgrades.

  If you don’t remember the login details for the correct account, you can find our account recovery options at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  Does this mean I have lost the domain name?

  The domain is registered with Enom.com, not WordPress.com, and a Whois search indicates it’s renewed until January 2021. What has expired is the domain mapping upgrade that connect that domain to a WordPress.com site.
