What is the exact address in your browser’s address bar when you see that error? (You can copy and paste it in your reply here.)
Also, can you make a screenshot of the full browser window so I can see what you see? You can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or you can use an online service like Snaggy.
