Web Sites Not Visible on Dashboard

My web sites do not show up on my Dashboard; can’t edit them. AI assistant cannot help. Email to help@wordpress.com does not result in a response. I am a Premium member since April 2024.

Could you please confirm whether you’re signed in with the same email address that was used to purchase your Premium plan and manage “dennisbehm-kzvoe.wordpress.com”?A few quick checks that may help:- Visit https://wordpress.com/sites and see whether the site appears there.- Check My Sites → Switch Site for any additional sites associated with the account.- If you have more than one WordPress.com account or email address, try signing out and back in with any alternate email addresses you may have used in the past.To help us investigate further, could you also let us know:- Do you receive any error messages when attempting to access the site’s dashboard?- Can you still view the site’s public homepage?- Are all of your sites missing from the dashboard, or only this particular site?Once we have that information, we’ll be in a much better position to determine whether this is an account-access issue, a site ownership issue, or something else that requires staff intervention.Looking forward to your reply.

When I attempt to log in with the email I used to purchase the Premium plan I get a response “I’m sorry, but we weren’t able to find a user with that login information.”

To continue…. when I access WordPress.com/sites I do not see Check My Sites -> Switch Site. It appears I have no sites (but in fact I have three sites). Also, this page indicates my account Plan is Free when in fact it is Premium with a renewal date this coming July.
I have two email addresses in addition to this one I log in with, both of them return “I’m sorry, but we weren’t able to find a user with that login information.”
I do not receive error messages when accessing the Dashboard.
I can view the site’s public homepage. It appears to be a generic Hello World! template. In fact I have three web sites on this WordPress account, none of which appear on my Dashboard.

You clearly have two accounts. Can you remember your other username?
What are the full URLs of the sites you wish to reach? You are currently logged into a WordPress.com account you created 13 years ago where you have the empty free site https://dennisbehm-kzvoe.wordpress.com/
