Webpage Suspended

  I am currently enrolled in a digital marketing bootcamp, and one of the assignments is a group project where we create a website. I just received a user message that our group project website is suspended! Is there anyway that I can get this resolved or fixed? I am a very new user to WordPress and so is my team, and our entire project has been lost and is due on Saturday. This is very time sensitive and any help is reversing the suspension would be forever appreciated!
