  I can log into the same account on my phone and view everything including the website I have been asked to edit however, when I log onto my computer wordpress says I don’t have any websites to edit or even look at.

  It looks you are logging in to 2 different accounts. What is the URL of your site?

  Not sure which url you mean, but they are both ‘wordpress.com’

  Definitely not two different accounts either, I checked by editing some of the information and refreshing in a new tab
