  hi my website is currently showing an error code. Is that because I owe the $30 chargeback? Once that’s paid will it go back to normal ? Thanks

  Hi there,

  I noticed that on Mar 22, 2019 you purchased the Business plan (2 year) for $499. This plan auto-renewed on Feb 20, 2021 for $499 + $18 to renew your domain urbank9nj.com. However, it appears that you have contested this charge with your credit card company as fraudulent after we processed the auto-renewal. You can confirm the charges here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  To clarify, when a charge is disputed, we are locked out of the ability to make a refund (if that is your wish) and the renewed upgrades are removed from your account. This means the site urbank9nj.com is no longer online as the renewal for your domain was contested along with the Business plan itself.

  You do not need to pay the chargeback fee if you instead cancel the dispute with your credit card company if that is an option. Please contact them to cancel the chargeback on that end and when we see it updated on our end your site will return to normal status. Thanks!
