  Hi how are you. I have a very hard time understanding websites. I have tried for the past half hour to contact someone at WordPress to go over all my options and to also discuss the issues im having. I have a reading disability so I truly need to talk to someone on the phone. I will try and describe my issue. I already have a website, I own my own domain. I am paying a marketing company in my area to ‘host’ my website whatever that means. I paid them to create the website for me and now I pay them monthly to host it. I told them I wasn’t the ability to edit it myself so they don’t charge me to edit it. This company has been very challenging to work with. They have suspended my website because of a payment issue that im trying to figure out on my end but it was an oversight. Anyway, I want to get rid of them completely and just own my website fully. Pay a monthly fee I guess on WordPress and thats that. But I don’t know how any of this works, does WordPress host my website? Can WordPress take them off my website put it fully in my name and run it for me? I know he used WordPress to design it and to run it. Again I don’t know much about this and need help asap so I can move forward. Thank you so very much and have a great day!
