Website

We are reaching out about a different website. We have two websites (this one that is not made public) and the one that is made available to the public and what we use as our website. Today the permalink for the website was accidentally broken, but now we cannot log back on to fix this issue. I used to login into an external portal with the username eseniors but since the permalink broke I can no longer use that portal to log on. When I tried to log onto the wordpress site with this information it accepts that eseniors is a username associated with an aaccount (which is our account that we made public) but it says the password is wrong. When we tried to do a password reset we were made aware that the person who created this website did not write down the email address they used and we are going through an IT change so we have no way to access it. We were wondering if there was a way that we can reset the password or if you guys can fix the permalink on your end back to http://www.eganvilleseniors.com. Once again our username is eseniors- if that is not possible is there away to figure out what email was used to set up the account? Sorry for any inconvenience!

Hi there,
To get help with your website you need to contact Nexicom which appears to be your hosting provider.
The forum you have posted is for the WordPress.com hosting platform which is different than the WordPress software that your site is using. You can learn more about these differences here:
