I have mapped my domain name to the wordpress sites i.e.: ns1, ns2, ns3.wordpress.com. Now I’m trying to start a website and it keeps giving me a .wordpress site name.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

1. What is the domain URL?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/ for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased? It can take up to 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet.I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up. Hi steverockoff,
Can you confirm which domain you would like to map? Which of your sites do you want to map it to?
Once I know more I’ll be happy to help you out.

Rockoffphotography.com which I bought from Godaddy and which is already directed to the three WordPress addresses. NS1,NS2 and NS3. But when I go back to WordPress to start the website process it always has a WordPress domain above mine. If I click on the X to get rid of it the page goes away. I don't want to pay only to find that it is a WordPress domain, I did that once before.
Thanks

Hi Steve,
Thanks for confirming. You used the domain credit in the Premium plan map to rockoffphotography.com to your WordPress.com site, but you cancelled it on 2017-02-13.
I don’t want to pay only to find that it is a WordPress domain
The domain was not registered through WordPress.com so you will need to map the domain if you want to use it on your site. To do so, you will need a paid plan.
Come back yo me if you have any questions!
