Hello! My name is Angelica with Innovative Lighting, I’m trying to get into innovativelighting.com to work on the page since the previous person who last worked on it left it as under construction. Neither of my coworkers know the password nor the email/username. Is there any way you can help me with this issue?

Hi there, innovativelighting.com is not hosted here at WordPress.com, but instead is a self-hosted WordPress site on Newtek using the software from WordPress.org, so we cannot help you with this.
My suggestion would be to contact Newtek technical support and they should be able to help you get into the site.
If Newtek cannot, or will not help, then there are some alternate ways to get in and change a username and password on the admin account for the site, but it is a bit complex as it requires going into the web hosting account file manager and editing the database directly. These documents discuss how to do this various ways depending on the web hosting account configuration.
