I had $96 dollars deducted from my account on Monday, May 13, 2019 that I did not authorize. I haven’t used this site for over a year, it may have been two years. I would prefer you refund my money and close my account. It came across in my bank as [redacted] Please let me hear back from you ASAP – Sincerely, Victoria – Making It Happen TV.

Please don’t post sensitive transaction information from your bank statements in a public forum where anyone with an internet connection can find it. That information can be used by anyone to claim ownership of your WordPress.com account.
The account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for this account which we could have charged.
The transaction ID you provide is for the annual renewal of the site at studio13tv.com, which belongs to a completely different account. All upgrades on WordPress.com renew automatically each year, and you gave permission for this to happen when you accepted our renewal terms at the time of purchase.
As you have been able to verify via the transaction ID that you are the one who paid for that upgrade, I’ve refunded your payment. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
But to cancel the upgrades completely, delete the site, and/or close the account you have to be logged in as that account. If you don’t remember your login details for the account, please let me know and I’ll follow up with you via email.
