Hello I switched over to wix about a year ago and I’ve been very unhappy with how it’s handled SEO searches and I would like to potentially switch back but I’m curious if I have an account here. There seems to be no phone number support for word press and I’m looking to get in touch with someone or perhaps people can share their stories directly here on how their experience has been because I’m very unhappy with how my business has went down as far as inquiries and I think visibility as well
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi –
WordPress.com has really great built in SEO. This is ready for all of our sites out of the box. So it doesn’t matter if you’re on our top tier plan or a free site, you still have built in SEO, back ups, security, etc… This allows you to really focus on the content of your blog or business site.
Yes, you have an account. You’re signed in to it now and using it to post here in this forum.
All of our support for WordPress.com comes through online channels. There is not any phone support. But don’t worry, we stick close by, and are readily available through https://wordpress.com/help/contact/
Free sites can get help in this public support forums. Sites that are using our paid plans get access to private email and live chat support.
Let me know if you have any other questions. You can certainly move the site from Wix to WordPress.com, though.

There is an external app called “Showit” for a wedding photographers and I was curious on how well it works with that app. I am looking to utilize word press but I had issue in the past with Contacts warm for some reason it just would not work on my website which is why I switched to wicks so I tried everything when I used to work on word press so that’s definitely a big concern for me to maybe it was the word press site itself

We do have a number of helpful features to make your wedding website pop: https://en.support.wordpress.com/wedding-website/
And a variety of photography-centric themes: https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/photography
So, you could build the site you want from scratch here.
I’ll admit, I’m not very familiar with Showit at all, but based on https://learn.showit.co/building-your-blog/how-blogging-works-with-showit it looks like they can pull in content from a WordPress site and add it to your Showit site. If so, then that would also work with content from a WordPress site here. :)

Currently my website is under wix.com so perhaps you can help me figure out how to get to the actual website link to show up on word press ? for someone like myself who is using an application and not a word press template for example what is the best cost-effective monthly payment or yearly payment for someone like myself who is doing a business ? Again I’m not looking to utilize any type of word press page but use an application to showcase as it into use word press for SEo purposes.

It looks like Showit is a site-building platform that can import content from a WordPress site.
If that’s true, then you could probably do what you need to do with just a free WordPress.com site.

How can I set up the showit app on a free WordPress account? Is there a way to do it? Thank you. Cannot seem to find the app section to download the showit app.

Sorry for the misunderstanding prior.
I want to take my website design from ShowIt app and use WordPress in all it’s SEO glory to showcase the design I did and have the SEO goodness of WordPress but with my ShowIt app designs I made on ShowIt app.
-
Ah, ok that is not possible as we do not currently have a way to import from ShowIt.
ShowIt’s sites seem very photography-focused, so you may be able to find a close-enough theme to start with at https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/photography
From there though, you will need to rebuild the site. At that point, we recommend following along with https://learn.wordpress.com/
