  Hi there,

  The domain, markmphotography.com, has never been connected to any site or account on WordPress.com

  That domain is registered and hosted with Siteground.com, and the site at that domain was built using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, something completely different from WordPress.com.

  If you want to be able to manage that site via your WordPress.com account, you can connect it here using the Jetpack plugin, but otherwise we have no control over that site.

  Support for the version of WordPress that site is built with is provided at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
