website?

    a couple of weeks ago my website said there there was issues and was not longer there. I paid my domain name with the provider I use and then later noticed the website is back
    http://biofieldtuning.ca/index.html wordpress keeps asking me to make a new website and all I want to do is changes to my old one like add a blog…I am a very simple user and do not understand what is going on here

    Hi there,

    http://biofieldtuning.ca/index.html is not a WordPress.com site, and has no connection at all to your WordPress.com account. That site is not even a WordPress site at all, but appears to be a custom built, static HTML website.

    Where exactly are you seeing this?

    You created this WordPress.com username account two weeks ago, and you already have a site with us, http://biofieldtuning.home.blog/, created two days ago, so you shouldn’t be seeing any prompts on WordPress.com so create a new site.

    There’s no way to integrate this site with your existing site, though, as that site is not hosted on our servers, and not using the WordPress software either.

    If you tell me a bit more about what you’re trying to do – what the end result is you want to see, I might be able to point you in the right direction for that.

    Ok the site is a free site from my domain company that is sibername.com it is a free website they give. WordPress is listed on the site which is why I connected with you as I want to improve my website and build a blog to go with it. I am very green and although my young friends have said they would help it seems everyone is too busy.

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
