I saw the default for the category of Real Estate and I don’t like it. I thought there would be a large selection of site styles. Is there? Thank you, Steve Grippi

I’m not sure what you’re referring to. Where are you seeing such a category? And what site do you need help with? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites.
We don’t have “site styles” for specific types of sites on WordPress.com. How your site looks is determined by the theme you select, and we have close to 300 different themes you can choose from, regardless what type of site you’re creating:

So, I clicked on the link for the themes. Didn’t see that before. I saw a lot of different ones. When I was looking at the premium ones (individual sites) on the top it stats to further see them pick a plan. I click on it, it then takes me to a sign in, then is stats “oh, you don’t have a site”. If you go through that area it then leads you to only a couple of options. I thought the it would bring me back to the ” Themes” where I could look a little further into a particular site (which it stated). I just stopped and will go back to the themes. I am trying to avoid the section after login. It limits me on my search for a site.

Yep, it would be best to start with a site first: https://wordpress.com/start
You can change the theme at any time.
