Website access

    Good afternoon, My husband is starting a restaurant. We own the url. A marketing person set up a wordpress account but hasn’t done any work on it. I want to take it back over and finish the site, but she has set the login info for it. Is there anyway for us to get access and remove her from the account since she has done no work?

    Hi there,

    Is there no way to get in touch with the marketing person and get the credentials from them? That would be the best bet. Especially if the site is under her account. We would need her consent to transfer ownership of the site over to you.
