Website & Account are gone

  I was trying to log into the admin page of my website (www.brickbuiltstudios.com) and I am getting a message that my username/email does not exist with an account. I had to make a new one for support purposes. I bought and built the website back in April of 2019 and now I can no longer log in. All that shows up on the website is a blank page with a bit of text and nothing that I customized it to. I have not made any changes to the website in several weeks and the problem only seems to be recent, so I don’t know what could have caused it. The host server is SiteGround. I have contacted them and have not heard back yet. What could be the possible cause of this and how would I go about fixing it?
