Website/Admin Site Unresponsive
-
I accidentally messed with the url for the admin site, I had changed it back to what it was originally but now wordpress is acting as if the website does exist but none of the media is accessible. Plugins aren’t installed (on top of it telling me I need to subscribe to install plugins when I had over 7 already installed) The DNS settings have been updated and renewed so I don’t think the issue lies there. The admin site no longer wants to cooperate, I’m not sure what happened but I need to fix it without a PHP or cpanel or anything complicated like that. I can’t install any 3rd party software. I need to fix it natively

Hi there,
I checked your site and although your site is connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack, it is using the open-source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums
These forums are for WordPress.com-hosted sites only. Since we do not have access to self-hosted WordPress.org sites, we are unable to provide any direct assistance to your issue. I would reach out to your site host for assistance with this issue, as I am sure the initial domain name change was made from under the hosting account.
If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org you can read this document:
Thanks!

I am confused, I’ve just looked into it but I don’t even have a wordpress.org account. I’m not entirely sure what’s happened but it seems my website is stuck being lost. There isn’t any way to reset the site because the host doesn’t allow FTP

Hi there,
To get help at the WordPress.org forums you will first need to create an account here: https://login.wordpress.org/register
Once you do that you will be able to ask for assistance here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
There isn’t any way to reset the site because the host doesn’t allow FTP
Out of curiosity, who is your host? Hostinger? I looked at your domain settings and it seemed to indicate that you might have been hosted there at one time. Are you still using them as your host? If so I see they have a guide here that may help: https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/fix-locked-out-of-wordpress-admin-issue
Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
