website administrator email looks weird

    hello
    when I checked my websites users panel today, I saw the admin email is turned into something very weird which is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    When I try to change the admin email to my real email, I don’t receive any emails to update so it is still the same. What do you think is wrong? I am a bit scared since it is my portfolio website so please help me

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
