  Morning,
  I logged into account this morning from a different computer and my website is not looking the same. can you please help?

  Hi there,

  According to our records, your Business Plan on buckleuptexas.wpcomstaging.com was last renewed on 8/31/2020, which you can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  However I do not see that it was renewed in Aug 2021, so it appears to have expired at that time. To clarify, you need an active Business Plan to be able to work with plugins and 3rd party themes on your site, so when it expires those items are removed.

  This has the effect of changing your site appearance but you can restore it by upgrading to the Business Plan again, then contacting our business site support (at https://wordpress.com/help/contact) for assistance with restoring your previous site appearance.
