Website being redesigned and trying to any the below question

  I am having my website redesigned. The designer has my username and password but is asking for admin log in credentials to access my C panel. He indicated whoever hosted my blog could give it to me. Is this credential any different than my username and password? I’ve never needed any other password for access to the sight. Please advise.

  Your WordPress.com blog can be completely managed from your dashboard here: http://bertlewis.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  Advanced theme customization at WordPress.com can be done with the Custom Design upgrade, which you can try out under Appearance > Customize in your dashboard.

  WordPress.com doesn’t offer cPanel. If you or your designer have any questions about that, please let me know!
