Website Builder to WordPress?

Can someone please advise how I can convert a small 4 pg site on GoDaddy into a WordPress site, as quickly and easily as possible. Most of what I’ve seen on line are several years old and seem a bit lengthy. This will be in preparation for leaving GoDaddy for BlueHost in January. Hubby can’t afford to have much downtime, as his business is dependent on getting orders on his site. The current order form is basically a contact form with a couple extra fields and a selection option with 2 radio buttons, and when they hit Submit they need to get a ‘thank you—your order has been submitted’ popup (which is not currently being done with GoDaddy), and then it goes to the company email address (which we need to transfer as well), and then to hubby’s phone. Any suggestions, links, etc. are welcome. Thanks in advance!

Looks like you’re in the wrong forum. Since you plan on using the self-hosted version of WordPress and host your site with Bluehost you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:
