  Hi there,

  You can replace any and all demo content included with your theme, yes.

  In the case of your site at https://solutionsunlockedcomau.wordpress.com/, everything you see when you load the site is the content of the front page. So go to My Site ->Site ->Pages and edit the home page. There you’ll be able to replace the content of the different blocks with your own content.
