First of all, this is the most FRUSTRATING process ever. For someone like me who is not tech savvy this is HORRIBLE! There a so many hoops you have to go through just to even get here. I mean there isn’t even phone support and for that y’all SUCK. Sorry but I’m so damn frustrated right now. I have been trying to customize my site for days(like all day) and have gotten nowhere. It is very confusing. Anyhoo, I purchased my website through a company called Private Label Extensions or Dropship Bundles(they work together) who builds customers websites using WordPress and I am wanting to go in and customize my site that I’ve paid for but have no clue on how to do so. Like I can’t even figure out how to change the prices even when I hit the edit button on the item I want to change. Ugh. This is sooo frustrating and the fact that there is NO live support(deep sigh) is really pissing me off all the more. Can someone PLEASE reach out and help me. Thanks

From what you tell it looks your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org, https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/, therefor we can’t help you. As you paid a third party for your site, you also paid them for support so they are the only one who can help you.
