Website cannot be accessed?

I have not published the site yet. I was trying to upload pictures on it yesterday and today I can’t access it?
It has a red ! Point next to the website address.
HELP!
I have pictures of what it says but I can’t figure out how to upload them.Can not resolve your domain “A record”

The site captivabeachsunset.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on BlueHost Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and BlueHost also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here.
