  I wanted to have a live chat but it is so hard to find it here. I was told my website cannot be found anymore. What happened? http://www.germanaffair.com

  Hi there, you should be able to access the LiveChat in your dashboard or at https://wordpress.com/help/contact, but since your query was routed to the community forums, you may need to be logged in with a different account that purchased the WPcom upgrade or your upgrade may have expired.

  Kindly also note that in the WHOIS information for your domain, it looks like your GoDaddy registered domain is expiring on 2020-03-11.

  The domain germanaffair.com is pointing to us here, but you canceled and refunded the paid plan which ties the domain to the site here.

  You’ll either need to direct the domain back to your hosting provider, if it wasn’t hosted here, or re-purchase a paid plan here.
