Website can't be reached with an active Domain

Hello.
I have an active domain named brianamulderrig.com, is it possible that I can add an account to the domain for this website? If not, can my website launch to the public without having to buy a Domain? I don’t care about wordpress.com being in my website title.I have another wordpress site that is under https://brianamulderrig.wordpress.com/. And I did not buy a domain and the website is open to the public. I want to do the exact same thing to for bmulderrig.wordpress.com.

You can launch https://bmulderrig.wordpress.com/ without a domain. :)
If you want to use a domain you already own with that site, we have two options:
Domain Connection allows you to keep the domain registered with your current domain registrar and direct it to your WordPress.com site: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
A transfer would allow to manage both your site and domain from the same place: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/

I still am having some trouble trying to launch my https://bmulderrig.wordpress.com/ site. When I click the “launch” button it takes me to my options to purchase a domain and will not allow me to do it for free. On my home page in the top left corner, it also says, “coming soon,” as well as when I try to look up my site.

You must have ended up with an upgrade in your cart somehow. You should be able to get rid of that by going to https://wordpress.com/checkout/bmulderrig.wordpress.com and then:
– Click “edit”
– Click trash can icon
– Confirm the deletion on the pop upLet us know if you have trouble.
