  Hey so sometimes when I click update page it says that my site refused to connect. Looking to solve this problem permanently.

  It sounds like you are referring to your Jetpack connected site. Although your site is connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack, it is using the open source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:
