Website contact form cant lead to email

Hi WordPress,
I recently have a page at touchoffame.co. It has a contact form button which is linked to the email which is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Initially it was working fine, but not its not connected anymore as I am unable to obtain information from the contact form form my WordPress.com page to my email. Could you look into it? Thank you.
