Website crashed during Black Friday sale

    Please help me get my site back up and running for our Black Friday sale! We are also doing a sale on cypher Monday. Everyone is getting a server error message as they try to check out. I need it back up and running ASAP and to then stay running! Help!!

    What is the URL of your site as it looks you don’t have a site running on the wordpress.com platform.

    @lvladylr, just to clarify, your site seems to be a copy of WordPress hosted with another provider.

    I was having trouble with the front page, but not the other pages on the site. Now the front page seems okay.

    If it’s hit and miss, working sometimes and not so much other times, possibly due to heavy traffic, you might contact your host to see what they recommend, or try running some optimization.

    Then, going forward, you’ll want to use the correct support forums for your site:
    https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
