Website Critical Error

My site experienced a critical error for ‘www.timberridgetreeservice.ca’ but I did not receive an email. Normally I would and then go into recovery mode to see what the problem was. Is it possible to receive an email to the admin email of the account ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ to get access to recovery mode so I can get this resolved

Hey there @timberridgefirewood1 your site isn’t using our services so I can’t see it from this side. Can you contact your host for help with this guide to troubleshooting common WordPress errors? This general troubleshooting guide may help too, and they can likely also spot why their server didn’t send an email.
