Website customisations gone after not paying for premium the following year

    As the title stated, this happened because I didnt pay for my premium fees on time. I contacted support and they told me it was because I had a premium theme on previously and due to my delay in payment, the theme was switched automatically by to a non premium theme. This removed whatever customisation I have spent on my site, editing css codes etc, which are all gone and unretrievable. I was then informed by the chat support to try looking into google cache and to recreate my website from scratch.

    may I know if there is any way to retrieve my site? personally I do not agree that websites are being modified without the owner’s control with no backups at all…

    As the plan had expired, and we sent several emails both before and after that happened, the customizations cannot be recovered.
