Website Dashboard not working

My websites dashboard is not working. My whole websites times out after less than two minutes of activity. I was trying to clear cache using one of wordpress plug ins to do this and it crashed and i’m not well versed in computers/coding, etc. Please help me solve this issue and etc, because my students are trying to log in, etc.

Hey there @stpmetainternational, could you clarify what site this is on? I don’t see anything on the site you listed, and it kind of sounds like you might be using a DIY copy of WordPress with another web host. If so, you’d want to try checking in with your host first, then try the community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ (you’ll need to sign up there.)
Please note the free software does not have any direct support staff: it’s free code with a community.
