Website deleted/not visable

According to our domain host we had a hack or virus and we had to clean and reset passwords.
Now all our website info is missing and it looks like we have to start from the beginning.

We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed business hosting. As a result we don’t have access to your server files, or the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Because you are hosted with a different provider (Xneelo) you will need to check with them directly to see if they have internal site backups on their end that they can restore your site from. With any luck they will say “yes” they do have those, since there is not really another way to restore your site if they don’t.
Unfortunately it will not help this time, but for next time you may wish to add Jetpack Backups, which are user-friendly site backups you can access and restore your site from at any time.
