Website design and saying duplicate site

    No idea what is going on with two of my managed WordPress sites. The Axis Sustainability site says duplicate or it moved. I’m just trying to get the site set up.

    The second is mountainwanderess.com which is also managed WordPress and its formating is duplicating items on my shop page, showing my shop twice in different formats on the same page and the column is super narrow with huge font. It is also not allowing me the ability to edit certain features. Really frustrated

    Hey there, neither of these sites uses our hosting services. They seem to be through GoDaddy. They do look like separate sites though.

    If you’re still having trouble, here’s what I’d recommend:

    • Reach out to your hosting service. If you’re using their managed option, they should offer some support.
    • If you’re having trouble with Jetpack, reach out to their paid support here, or use the Jetpack forum at WordPress.org.
    • Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. We’re a little different from the WordPress software itself. This article explains some of the differences. You’ll want to create an account at WordPress.org so you’ll have access to the correct community for your site. Or, you’d be welcome to host here; your plan would get direct support.
