Website Design Build – Email I Sent Has Still Not Been Responded To

Greetings,
This is the message I have sent multiple people at WordPress since yesterday (July 6, 2026) and have not received a response. Can anyone please advise on how I can get some communication from the WordPress staff?
I have seen the completed site.
After reviewing the design, it appears there was a significant misunderstanding regarding my requirements. Despite providing a homepage mockup, our company logo, and detailed email instructions to emphasize what I needed, the finished product does not align with what was discussed.
While some elements are correct, the majority of the site requires substantial changes. I understand that WordPress may not be able to replicate my mockup exactly, but the current layout misses the mark considerably. I started making a few edits myself, but stopped to voice these concerns.
I chose to purchase the Express Website Design Service to save time while launching my new business. Instead, I have lost both time and money, which is very disappointing given the expectation of a collaborative and professional process.
I would like to know if WordPress can assign another designer to help get this website to where it needs to be, as I do not have the time to rebuild it myself.
I look forward to hearing how we can resolve this.
